Packed map scripts into the mod as lua files, only script needed from external link is sentences.txt

No changes to sentences.txt

Massive update. Added around 1000+ sounds.

Some new features include:
-New sounds when cops are on fire
-More radio messages from the pager guy
-Just a lot more variety with sounds in general

-For the PD:TH SWAT version, combine have additional sounds.

As per usual update, the script files must be updated (sentences.txt)
