Update v0.15
Moved both CSG units closer to the islands
Updated Soviet sub patrol areas
Fixed Soviet patrol a/c amounts so they aren't launched in pairs
Reconfigured some strike packages (F-14E did not need AGM-84K or F-117X with ADM-141C)
Added flavor ferry mission to represent troop movement to Keflavik
Some actions/trigger work here and there
SR-71 from 1RS set to proper speed
Added a small surprise
Temproarily disabled US sattelites from spamming ELINT info. Was very annoying in tests and I'm not sure of actual benefit.
Adjusted E-3B's position to avoid triggering detection event too early
