[Lyceen] Replaced description with something more reflective of the race.
[Lyceen] Fixed speed bonus not being applied.
[Lyceen] Patched immunities to provide the intended experience.

[Patch]
- [Lyceen] Fixed the fire resistance increasing by 10,000% instead of the intended 100% when wet or in water.
- [Lyceen] Removed description due to complaint from the race's creator. One which better reflects what the race is will be added in a following patch.

[Known Issues]
- [Lyceen] Movement speed bonus is inconsistent or not working [Fixed in tomorrow's patch]
- [Lyceen] Terrain resistance is not working as intended and characters are still sliding on mud/jungle terrain.
