Attempted fix for bug with bad ramp blocks due to an update.

Additionally swapped out one of the Container Controllers with Cargo Boxes because Cargo Extension power draw is insane and Boxes are not. This also increases slots for light-weight, low-volume items like personal weapons and ammo, armor, etc.

Also repaired broken groupings so that custom switches work properly as labelled again.

Note: Using Auto-grouop will break some of the custom setup. If you are fine with resetting up all of the custom switches, go ahead, otherwise manually add new additions to the proper groups.
