Updated Bell 407 Rescue Mk.II.

The Bell 407 has finally been updated after sitting dormant for two and a half years! It was completely rebuilt from the ground up and the only similarity it shares with the original creation is its name. The helicopter is now powered by a single jet which makes it extremely fuel efficient and capable of long range missions despite its size.

- Added autopilot.
- Added emergency transponder and locator.
- Added medical bed.

Updated Bell 407 Rescue Mk.II. Renamed vehicle from "Bell 407 Rescue (Outdated)" to "Bell 407 Rescue Mk.II".

- Added external electrical connector.
- Added more fuel.

- Tail rotor height adjusted. Main rotor no longer takes damage when vehicle damage is on.
- Pilot is now on the right side.
