Added the PC (OPL-3 FM Emulation) and PlayStation soundtracks for Transport Tycoon Deluxe. Thanks to Steam user zmarett for the suggestion. Also thanks to Owen's Transport Tycoon Station at https://www.transporttycoon.net/, as he has compiled a great compendium of this soundtrack through several sound chips.

Appended composer names (where known) to the end of each file to credit the original artists.

Updated Steam preview image to be a bit more... mayorly.

This update added several duplicate files. Attempting to fix.
