made it so that extra zeds do not spawn in town or trailer park zones. Older custom maps may not use zones, so this will not be followed in those circumstances

Made some changes to distributions. Hordes have a relatively greater chance of showing up, but the overall rareness of finding either a single zed or larger groups remains the same.
