Revision 3: Limited the dome welcome voice messages by disabling the voice trigger after one play.

Revision2: 1) Removed a bunch of unnecessary path nodes to reduce size of file. 2) In an attempt to resolve server to client load problems, rebaked and re-submitted to the WorkShop.

Revised map to limit Dome Welcome messages to first wave. Annunciation of Central Hub communications failure (welcome messages) start on the 2nd wave but limited to the second wave. No Central Hub messages starting 3rd wave. Portal welcome messages still annunciated but are muted. - DF
