Adjusted the bonuses on the Driven Coalescence civic. Most notably the unity and society research from jobs which were incorrectly set to give a 50% bonus when they should have been 5%.

Fixed an issue with Coexistent Evolution pops not spawning on homeworld.

Added Driven Coalescence civic to Hive Mind empires.
> Starts with a second species as part of the Hive Mind.
> Can assimilate non-Hive pops from game start similar to Driven Assimilators from Machine Empires.
> Haven't figured out how to add a casus belli for them so war will have to be declared normally for now.

Adjusted the Indentured Assets civic for Corporate empires to match the Slaver Guilds civic.

Renamed the Slaver Regulations policy to Trafficking Regulations, and adjusted some of the fluff text.
