Re-wrote where and how the portraits are filtered. Many users had incompatibilities with other mods because I was seeking to filter my new races in amongst Paradoxes default categories (such as mammalian, reptile, etc). The Tyrian portraits now appear in their own section called "Tyrian".

Removed plantoids DLC requirement.

Updated for 2.2.2 compatibility and Le-guin in general.

- Removed weight modifiers on Kodan diplomacy (and all future custom diplomacy) so that it has a chance to trigger along-side the vanilla diplomacy text rather than usurping it. I may change this in the future if in playtesting or comments it leads to the Tyrian races speaking strangely (e.g overly articulate Skritt.)

- Tweaked the disloyal Kodan vassal dialogue response, as I had mis-interpreted it's meaning (I think)

- Added Skritt Opportunistic Hedonist special dialogue (11 responses, largely inspired by Ftokchak dialogue from the Gw2 personal story).
