Looks like I accidentally uploaded a dev version of the mod, where Jet Shot's height advantage bonus is implemented in a different way in preparation for Highlander 1.22, which would allow it to work more reliably and universally.
Reuploading the old version in the meantime.

SPARKs and MEC Troopers can now be dynamically deployed if you equip them with Booster Jets. They do not gain any other abilities for having Booster Jets equipped.
