Updated for 1.0+ to include Torpedoes, Academy, Cloning, and Transporter. Moved the primary hanger entrances to underneath the ship allow for easier fighter docking. Divided the stone plates on the bottom and top of the ship (and a small spot on the front) to provide better blocks to merge and change to turret bases.

I've also reduced the size by 75% to better facilitate using it outside of creative earlier.
