V 0.9.2.2, The CAPITALISM update
-Remember that fix I made back in February? Yeah, it didn't take... because I failed to capitalize the first letter of the variable in one of the scripts that governed what ending was displayed. Let this be a lesson to all of you, double check both your capitalization, and your updates before publishing them!

V 0.9.2.2, The Upon Reflection Update
In preparation for continued development of the WotP campaign, I'm playing through each map again. During my playthrough of From the Ashes, I discovered an error that prevented the Overwatch dialogue from firing at all.

-Corrected an issue that kept the dialogue that triggered when approaching the bridge from playing. You should now again be correctly hailed by the sniper, presuming you haven't visited the palace before entering his view.
-Also plugged a hole in the industrial sector. I think the mountains are doing this just to troll me at this point.

V 0.9.2.1, The Ravenous Clutching Mountains update
-Updated the Level's name in preparation for the release of the next map in the series.
-Clipped back the mountains in a few tunnels. An update to the game itself seemed to cause them to devour a few extra tiles, a change that demanded an update.
-Changed the state of my old variable that was used for Academy and Ending message events. Its now Boolean, which wasn't an option when I started work on the map. HOPEFULLY this fixes an issue that caused the wrong ending message to play. It didn't used to be a problem, but was now. Go figure.

-Set the fortified cabin to being infected again. Spikes weren't enough to protect it from wandering mobs, and this caused random runners to charge the CC after a while.

V 0.9.2, The Independence Day Update
-Changed almost all buildings in the map to be 'independant' so you no longer have to listen to constant 'Joined the Colony' pings when exploring.
-Introduced a separate branch of the map, "From the Ashes - Lite" featuring a more forgiving time table, extra resources and units and no worker scarcity. It might be a few hours before that version hits the workshop. If you find the original version too strict, give it a try.

-Meeting the Holdouts now centers the camera on their cabin.

V 0.9.1.1, The Type who? Update
-Corrects a typo in the Aftermath event when sealing the shelter. Normally I wouldn't have gone back to correct a single typo now that I'm working on Molding Merit, but this dialogue is important enough that it warrented the change.

V 0.9.1 The It's Got a 1 In It Anyway, update.
-Added a forested region to the east of the industrial sector, which includes two new events, one of which reveals more details of what happened when the city fell and includes an option only available if Loswyn has been recruited.
-Untilized a new editor feature. Zuri now actually tracks the number of infected you've killed in his Bio. Completely pointless? Probably!
-I've thinned the horde leading up to and around the Victorious. After using the Command Center button to track kills, it tallied around 300 to clear out that section. Seemed a bit much.
-Reduced the time between Shelter waves. Once they start they are now 8 days apart instead of 10. This means the final wave will hit around day 42.
-Once again increased the size of Shelter waves, with the progression each wave being much more severe.
-The final wave now pulls some infected from buildings in the City in addition to sending all infected to the CC and spawning hundreds from the shelter if it isn't sealed or slowed at all.
-Added new descriptions for the Soldiers and Engineering Centers behind the HQ. They now explain their purpose.

-Fixed a few typos and double spaces through the various events.
-Since the Count function is now bugged, I've switched the condition for the Mayor's 'expedite' dialogue from Count(Titan) to a custom variable (Titanbuilt) that tracks whether you've fielded the titan in the past. This isn't perfect, because if you've fielded but lost the titan you'll still have the option but it's a very minor problem. I also made this change to the button to create it. You couldn't make a titan while the bug was live. That sucks, I don't know how many players got the wrong impression of the map because of it.
-Now that scrolling is supported in map descriptions, I can finally have the description in game use the word Behemoth instead of Giant. Yes, the description was just lengthy enough for that slight character difference to matter.

I think it should have been pretty telling when I said V 0.9.0 was where I'd be happy with the map even if no further work was done, that I should have then moved onto another project. I'm offically moving on to working on the next map in the series now. I'll revisit From the Ashes as new editor features are introduced to make some polishing tweaks, but no major changes are on their way.

So now I work on the Guide and the next map. I've never written a guide before, so I don't know quite how useful it will be. I'll go over every editor feature / variable, alongside examples of how I used them (or didn't) in the map itself. I'll include a separate section of the guide which includes the map file itself, and walking people through picking it apart. A lot can be learned just by me explaining the editor, but seeing how everything connects will help with that.

V 0.9.0.5, I Make a Lot of These updates, update.
-Fixed a typo in the new 'Flickers of Hope' event. We don't communicate with sin. I think.

V 0.9.0.4
-Fixed an oversight in the Homesick event that caused it to fire hourly if you didn't send Loswyn back.
-Nudged a quarry near the HQ back into its tunnel, and also added movement blocking water to those quarries.

V 0.9.0.3, The Phrasing Update.
Another micro update that fixes a few things that were messed in the detail pass, again. I'll begin working on the slums expansion soon, but these details shouldn't be over looked.
-Rephrased the "Hordes Below" event to make it clear that the Victorious IS the shelter. Also rephrased the "Before the Storm" event to make it clearer that blocking stairways thins the horde instead of delaying attacks.
-All Wave notifactions have had 'The Shelter' replaced by 'The Victorious'. The name of the wonder itself should make it much more clear where the horde is coming from, if you haven't caught on before the announcement. Like in the detail pass, The Vicotorious is the proper name, whereas common folk (like Adam) just refer to it as the shelter.
-Removed "Before the Storm" from the 4th warning. It was not meant to be duplicated there.

V 0.9.0.2, But the more quieterorer Mayor gets the Cheese update.
Another trim. The mayor's dialogue was one of the biggest examples of bloated textwall remaining. It should be easier to chew through now.
