Fixed an error made in the previous update.

More biome fixes.
Made the stone level more shallow in most biomes.

Improved some biome borders to look more natural.

Made the rest of the mountains and some coastal cliffsides more jagged.

Made the mountains of Tamriel a little more jagged so they look more natural.

Because gold and silver are usually in mountains, additional deposits start and stop deeper. That means you don't have to mine the mountain top to get gold.

Fixed an error where a road slightly overlapped a river in the western Tamriel area.
