- Added support for my City Style Pack

- The city style is no longer part of this mod. If you want to keep the old colonial style you have to include the Colonial City Style and Brazil Flavour Changes mod. This is to prevent issues with both mods modifying the same art files leading to problems.

- Fixed an issue that prevented abolition to work when a Builder was outside the territory of any civilization.

- Added a unique monument to the city style
- Changed the way the internal code works for acquiring new policies
