Fixed missing icon for Hyperreactive Pupils
Fixed cauterize not healing targets left with low enough health for another cauterize to kill.
Fixed cauterize showing a heal flyover when no healing is done.
Fixed Shellbust Stab not getting it's bonus effect.
Pocket Heavy weapons now have thier own fire abilities, making things work nicer.
Modified pocket heavy weapon stats.
Is now possible to use forked lightning with PZMelee.
Added Hazard Icon when pathing through curse clouds.
Preparation should now work properly.
Abilities using the hexhunter bonus no longer grant an extra copy of that ability.
Fixed fuse options being applied to the wrong ability.
Fixed reinvigorate only applying to basic medkits.
Cleaned up a bunch of redscreen errors.

Added 29 new abilities, including 1 gene mod.

Changed the PFX for Blood Curse and Curse Clouds.

Soul Devour now reuires Hungering Shot. It did before to function, but now is also needed to choose it.

CHANGES:
Light ordnance no longer affects rockets
Some knockbacks are no longer stopped by puny things like walls. or other foes.
Multihook now hijacks power grapple. This makes it's visualization not suck. For compatability, this can be toggled off.
Fixed multihook's targeting method. It is no longer possible to hook through solid walls or wedge yourself into cars.
Taser Shot should now benefit from Akimbo's Bullet Time.
Lethal Sedative and Gunpoint should now work with Akimbo abilites.
Psi Blind and Blinding Suppression now also reduce detect radius.
MZFuse now provides a damage bonus. Added options to patch regular fuse to get this and the stealthyness.
Converted bleeds on blood abilities to a new "Blood Curse" status.
Reworked Obtenebration into a phantom-ish passive. Cloak Of Shadows takes it's place as the hp-for-conceal skill.
Gave Bullet Arts, Explosive Shot, Kinetic Push, Aurora Wave and Transposition new FX.
Kinetic Push no longer requires a psiamp. how good it looks varies depending on assigned weapon tho. (default secondary)
Sledgehammer's initial hit now does half damage, but applies a second full damage hit after the knockback.
Fixed a bug that was causing bullet arts to ignore damage immunities.
Fixed a bug where having both Bluescreen Shockwave and Blasting Bullets did excessive damage to the primary target instead of applying to multitargets.
Fire, Poison and Acid Bullet Arts now apply the matching effect to world if the soldier has Blasting Bullets.

Added 51 new abilities, 13 of which are intended as Gene Mods.

Tier 3 smokes from Tier 3 grenades now benefit from smoke boosting abilities.
Added a handful of mod grenades to the attack grenades array (vortex, AP, subsonic, defensive mine)
