Added a couple types from WWL to the TurnUndead Condition.
Fixed a bug that was causing IsmsRogueAndGun to generate an additional momentum AP.
Added a condition to prevent Regenerate from healing if they're already dead.
GrimyFlashpoint now affects a configurable array of flashbangs instead of only the vanilla ones.
Fixed a potential issue with modded weapons recieving the wrong magnitude of a tier-based damage bonus. I'm not sure what actually uses that tho.
Mind Soothe should now be able to target mind controlled soldiers and cleanse it from them.
Added a hook for granting weapons BloodCurse as a bonus weapon effect.
Implemented Bloodcursed Rounds and Grenades. the ammo can be granted by Bullet Roulette.

Added MZFreeCurseGrenade, which does exactly what it says.

Fixed IsmShadowborn's detection modifier being too large to work properly.
Fixed HoloReveal hitting your own team. also increased it's cooldown a bit.
Increased FullAssault's self stun so that it properlly lasts through the next turn.

Adjusted shock therapy: should now correctly roll in all cases instead of spamming stuns after one success.
Fixed Fortress Smoke not protecting against Explosion damage.
Immunties for MindShield and Fortress Smoke are now configurable.
Draw Fire now ticks at turn start instead of turn end.
Changed how Wild Pistol Strafe works. shouldn't be noticeable outside of very wierd interactions tho.
Various localization tweaks.

Fixed Hardened Shields config var for real this time.
Fixed Storm Generator not increasing chain range for Chaining Jolt, Voltaic Arc
Added missing localization from Fierce Mien's sub abilities.
Fierce Mien debuff now appears as a penalty instead of a passive on enemies.
Fixed Unwavering, Barrier Charger not ticking.

Fixed some headhunter abilities being available in the AWC even if that config option was disabled.
Fixed Blindside/Upside giving the maximum damage bonus at too low a soldier rank.
Fixed White Flame not appling it's regen effect.
Fixed config vars for Isms abilites not using thier config values.
Fixed an incorrect check for FierceMienDefDown, that was causing the debuff to always apply after applicaation.
Added a config option to make Deadcutter always display it's button on the ability bar, instead of just when it can be used.
Added missing flyover localizion for shield leeching.
Fixed typo preventing ArcRobotInsanity's localization from working.
Fixed wrong config variable for HardenedShields.
Adjusted high voltage to count the primary target when not set to use the max bonus for all targets.
Adrenaline's Cool Off heal is now rounded instead of truncated.
Battle Focus' Grand Finale no longer breaks concealment on a kill shot.
Life and Shield steal effects are now rounded instead of truncated.
Isms' Recon now counts as holotargeted for Grimy's Execute.
