Changed some ability icons. (initial integration of chimera icons)
Changed a whole pile of psi ability animations - they will look way better with invis amps, and it's a bit faster too.
Tet Mamak La can now be used on robotics.
Dancing Death now has a proper aoe radius preview.
Storm Surge, Void Lightning are now free aiming. (they'll automatically grab a primary target in the aoe)
Void Shock, Storm Shock and Forked Lighting can now chain to 1 additional target.
Storm Shock, Forked Lightning and Storm Surge use a bluer tether.
Shotgun Wedding's Length config is now actually used (instead of also using width for length)
Fixed a bug where activating shotgun wedding would crash the game.
Sword Bullet's flinch will now work against targets normally immune to disorient.

Fixed Extra Bullet Arts not displaying a passive icon.
Fixed Extra Bullet Arts deleting all your Bullet Arts instead of giving more.
Massively increased Red Mist's damage multiplier for Sacrificed HP.
Also increased Killing Stroke's damage multiplier for sacrificed HP.
Attempted fix for Sidewinder previewing double damage when Jet Shot isn't active.

Changed Forked Lighting to be strong against robotic instead of psi
Fixed Forked Lightning's shot appearing on psiblade tactical text.
Lash Out now does bonus damage to robotics
Strafing Slash can now be used while disoriented.
Removed LOS requirement for psi support skills.
Changed the method of Rupture Bullet's damage malus. (should be equal to amount ruptured, resulting in normal damage)
Fixed Psiaim claiming to use offense instead of psioffense in hit chance breakdowns.
Lowered Psiaim's aim at the top end, but increased crit from psi.
Added Hive Rippers as 'undead' targets.
Added FX to Teleport, Through the Abyss and Blink.
Fixed Fog Wall's ability condition getting attached to Swirling Fog's effect, resulting in them both behaving wrong.
Swirling Fog has also been nerfed to bring it more in line with Long War 2's Dense Fog.

Added 21 new abilities.

Added effects to Curse Canister's Activation.
Added various effects to Smoke Canister's Activation. (gets the same benefits as smoke grenades)

Fixed Texas Sharpshooter's icon not loading.
Fixed Sword Bullet not doing bonus damage to sectoids.
Altered the way Point Blank's aim and crit bonuses are calculated if you're adjusting it to have a range greater than 1.
Removed the range limit from Transmit Prana.
Abyssal Blade damage bonus from 80 to 100%
Blood Melee attacks now all bypass sustain effects.
Removed the focus-based stun chance from Macabre Waltz's primary target.
Tenebrous Form's deflect rate scales a bit better, but still has the same min/max caps.

Added Chinese translation for pretty much everything atm.

Fixed the fake extra shot on Spray and Pray.
Fixed Spray And Pray's damage malus not being applied.
Rusty Dios's Target Protocol now counts for Execute's bonus damage.
