• Further increase to attrition penalties for both player and AI:
• Legendary +35% (from +15%)
• Very Hard +25% (from +10%)
• Hard +15% (from +5%)
• Easy -15% (from -10%)

Finally compatible with Radious

Made attrition penalties harsher for both AI and player:
+15% on Legendary
+10% on Very Hard
+5% on Hard
0% on Normal
-10% on Easy

Ever so slightly adjusted casualty replenishment rates for both AI and player:
5/5/5/4/2 as oppose to 9/7/5/4/2 (basically means the highest nerf isn't as harsh, tweaked for balance purposes after changes to attrition modifiers)

Fixed AI not taking any attrition damage after VC
Added new line in discription which basically replaces this, cus idk how many people bother to click it

released alternate version, removing 100% player research rate increase. instead resetting all rates to match that of normal difficulty across all difficulties
