--small tweaks to Bajorans from the author. Summary is: Console Rule changed (they can build culture on research sites). Chosen fleets updated. Orb or Truth changed to "cannot lie", and Orb of Wisdom changed from "rivals" to "peaceful rivals".

--bugfix: Turn Order cards now change the turn order as they should when dragged and dropped between players.

--Dominion Vorta Facilitators Advancement now works correctly. (generates Research bonus during Recharge).

--updated Clear Dice Button (X) on Dice Panels. in addition to clearing the dice, it will also stop/cancel any active rolls. This will help if you have a lost roll that never ends.

--fixed a script breaking bug that was stopping the script during build/command phase.

--Added Victory Condition Menu during setup:
--Players can set Supremacy Victory (# of Home Worlds to Conquer for win) between 1 and #Players - 1.
--Players can set Ascendancy Victory (# of Ascendancy Tokens to win) between 4 and 8 (Max of 8 due to Bajoran Orb Card count).
--Players can set Ascendancy Cost (cost in Culture Tokens to Ascend) between 3 and 10.

--small bug fix on rulebooks menus. Now the button of the current book will properly highlight in blue. Clicking the button of the book you are currently reading will not popup an error.

--added Fan Factions rulebook. This includes Bajorans, Gorn, Jem'Hadar, and Tellarites.
