Enhancement:
--Ships now track which sector of the space lane they travel to/from.

Todo:
--need to update Fleets to track space lane sectors the same as Ships.
--Once Ships/Fleets know which sector they are in, Warp Range can be calculated and then things like Ketracel White can be automated.

Enhancements:
--Clicking +/- buttons to gain/spend resources will now display a total spent after you pause for more than 1 second.
--When the script reports Weapons Levels, it will display 5+, 4+, 3+, 2+, 1+ (instead of 1-5).
--When the script reports Shield Modifier Level, it will display the Shield # 0-4 (instead of 1-5).
--When Shields/Weapons are changed, the script reports to chat that they are changed.
--Ships entering Warp make a Warp Sound effect.

--fixed cardassian advancement deck. It wasn't pulling out the starting advancement card during setup. Fixed now.

Enhancements:
--Ships have an explosion sound effect when destroyed.
--At the start of each Faction's Turn, their Weapons, Shields, Production, Research, Culture, and Ascendancy levels are printed to the chat window. This is to help reconcile accounting issues that pop up in the game. It answers the often asked question. What did I have when I started my turn?
