bug fixes:

--Klingon Intro song now plays when Klingons gain Culture from Space Battle Victory.

--Andorians Bidding with ships now works correctly.

--Bajoran's play correct sounds when bidding (no more crisis song).

--Borg Intro plays at the start of the Borg Turn (it was getting cut off by a cancellation noise when there was no Transwarp Hub).

--bug fix: loading a saved game with an alternate board image was crashing the script. Fixed now.
