bug fixes:
--Pyroclastic Wing Fleet (Tholian) now braves hazards by rolling for 1 ship. It used to work, but was broken recently. Fixed again now.
--Hazard Tokens, Rift Tokens, Wormhole Tokens, and Web Tokens now rotate along with the system when floating it around.

enhancements:
--player areas now hove a "Fix Layout" button. This button can be used if the player area gets accidentally moved, or messed up. It will fix the Area and the normally locked objects on top of it (control panel, turn order spot, dice panel, Control node supply, ship supply, etc.
--When federation uses the colonization button, it will also include the option to use the Colonization Fleet's special rule if it is in a valid system it can colonize.

--bug fix: Vulcan Colonization was broken. It should be working again.

--I made several behind the scene changes to the script to make it smoother. I'm getting better with understanding coroutines. The recharge stage was getting choppy late game, now it may take a few more seconds to calculate resources, but it should flow much smoother.

--Rifts and Wormholes are now implemented. They will auto attach to systems they are dropped onto. They will also affect First Contact.

--fixed a possible bug in the exploration deck preparation that might have been putting a single safe card on top of the deck when it shouldn't.
