Update 4.0:

Slippery Sailor:
- Made the level's color more uniform.
- Changed the bottom-right laser section so it isn't a complete joke.
- Made it easier to transition out of the first ice section and into the laser run section.

Cliff Hanger:
- Removed 2 Moving Blocks in the middle section.
- Removed a Moving Block in the leftmost section.
- Changed the end slightly by removing a Stone and shifting the first horizontal laser.

Steely Sprint:
- Moved the second strawberry... again.
- Slightly changed the second right section.

Finishing Touch:
- Replaced a Water Block with a normal Block.
- Moved the Exit slightly downwards to make it easier to land in.

Encore 1:
- Changed the timer to 1:00.
- Made the Pumpkin Pie significantly harder.
- Made the fourth horizontal section actually possible without the jetpack, making the choice to use it or not possible.
