Added 'allow recreation' button to building instruments. If this is not selected, the instrument will only be played by colonists assigned to Art-type work. If it is selected, you get the old behaviour - any colonist or visitor can play it for recreation, as well as artists putting on a performance.
Also tweaked the thoughts - now great music is remembered for longer and bad music is forgotten quicker.
