Fix for UpdateType.Antenna error.

This update brings many internal tweaks, a leader script overhaul, and a rover based follower script.
With the new leader script, you can now use sensors or cameras to broadcast the position of a ship other than your own.

Removed max speed and changed the correction method to decrease over correction. You must update both leader and follower scripts to use this update.
