fixed weird float rounding error sometimes messing with swing cooldowns

fixed bug where block shots setting wasnt working for charge attacks like monstro's lung/brimstone/techX

added a bunch of adjustable settings

updated check for if player should be allowed to swing

fixed bug with it still appearing on dead true co-op characters

tweaked sprite and added compatibility with true co-op

fixed bug with animations when head direction didnt match attack direction (eg when using ludovico or marked)
