1. Pack changes:
- The package is completely rebuilt from scratch.

2. Visual changes:
- New portrait;
- Fingers, spine and pelvis fixed;
- Shader removed. Now it's a Combiner texture instead.

1. Character now speaks:
- This is great delight, especially for me. Great thanks to my best friend mihopol for Tali's voice.

2. The code is fully reworked:
- Now it's not done as a mutator, it's added via ServerPerks.

3. The model is fully redesigned:
- Fixed crooked fingers;
- Fixed plumpness of the character;
- Fixed excessive amount of vertexes;
- Metallic parts are now reflecting light;
- Fixed body segments where light displayed incorrectly.

4. Now everything is contained in one pack:
- Now it's just 1 file instead of 4.
