Smoothed the top area alot more, It was way too rough still, also added a platform for the stairs so bigger vehicles like 8x8's wouldn't fall off

Hotfix - Forgot About some floating trees

Done quite alot of optimization changes hopefully boosting fps, Added fences and a concrete pad to the hillclimb underneath the big mountain, Lowered the logs on the hill climb so they are no so steep, Reworked the rocky cliff climb to be less vicious and actually enjoyable, The water area in the offroad circuit has also been reworked again.
