-Ricochet fixed to do more overall damage, giving it a 15% damage buff roughly compared to it's vanilla counterpart, while not removing the 3-shot change and still rewarding the player decently for the extra targets. (About 1/3 of the damage done to the main target per extra target)

A quick fix to some more "unused" skills.

-Reaction shot adjusted to a 3 turn status effect and was given a total of 5 shots. As with it normally, if you move while the status is up, it most likely will not fire the arrows even if you are in line of sight, so keep rooted in your position if you intend to make full use of this.
-Elemental Arrowheads changed to Elemental Quiver. When used, this will apply a permanent magic effect to your arrow. When you want to clear this, a skill is given to you called "Cleanse Quiver". Otherwise, you can override the arrow with another element. Elements don't stack as per usual.
-Farsight adjusted. The crit chance was removed but it now adds 1 AP to give a better bonus for the 1 source cost for skills.
