Updated a few things and fixed some small mistakes.

Not sure if everything works correctly yet, I'll be doing some testing and see if there's any issues.

Also fyi new features added on Repentance won't be added for the mod, or at least I dont plan to add them for now.

Did some minor tweaking.
- The Pendant's freeze effect should happen less often now.
- Mini hourglass has a 3 charge now. Makes it a little more useful
- Goathead's bonus effect remains temporary. The damage goes away after a while. Sorry.

This will probably be my last update. Hopefully everything still works fine.

Added more effects to the Mini Hourglass, and added a possibly overpowered bonus effect if you get Car Battery with it

Added two new items:

- "Mini" Hourglass: a four charge active item that gives a random status effect on all enemies, and with a veeeeery slim chance to deal 99999 damage as well.

- The Withered Rose: a secret room passive item that gives you one luck + the total amount of luck you have. All other luck ups will be +2 luck ups.

(god I hope they both work properly...)

Fixed a little glitch with Goat Head's added bonus damage, tho you might still lose the effect if you die and respawn.
