Deleted the script for maximum compatibilty with the Last Stand update. A proper update will come later.

Decreased damage a bit, lowered ammo reserve. Reverted to Tier 2 Sniper Rifle. (irrelevant)

Moved to Tier 1 due to low rate of fire. It will appear earlier in campaigns, and bots will trade it for Tier 2 weapons later on. (irrelevant)
