Consolidated all European plates into one addon (this one) and resaved all as DXT5 to cut down on addon size. Several plates have also been removed (didn't seen any need for the ones that were removed to remain, as most of them didn't have equivalent vehicles to be used with)

Made all plates non-colorable.

Changed assortment of plates slightly to account for new ones added, added 2 new plates to this addon and fixed "fade-out-with-distance" bug.
