-Fixed issues with update 0.4.32.
-Cruise control fixed
-Ultra high 90 knots top speed reduce to 30 knots without cruise mode.
-Bow thrusters nerfed.
-DP thrusters rebalanced.

-I'm sure all of these will break again come next update

-Reduce the need to have ballast stabilisers for now by adding weight blocks.

Due to recent updates, stability and sink stages are broken. Tuned stability, and reduce sink stage to 2 instead of 3, until bug is fixed.
