NEW BASIC HC MOD FEATURES OUTLINE:
LAT/HAT Changes:
-LAT rocket ammunition type changes (RPG-7V?7VM, AT4 HEAT?HP)
-New LAT base damage of 2x the number of grams of HE in the round (i.e. AT4 rocket has 440g of HE, x2 = base damage of 880 (was less than 100)
-AT4 now the LAT for US and UK
-AT12-T the new US and UK HAT
-LATs start with 2 HEAT rockets and will always spawn with one

Additional Kits/Kit changes:
Breacher kit:
-For US, RUS, and UK
-Has 2x M37 Satchel Charges (20s fuse)
-Also has 3x FRG and 3x Bandage

Sapper kit:
-For MIL and INS
-Has a suppressed carbine
-Also has 2x IED (remote detonated) and 2x FRG

Engineer kit:
-For US, RUS, UK, and MIL
-Has 6x Sandbag and 8x Razor wire
-Also has 2x Mine and 1x M37 Satchel Charge (20s fuse)
-Also can shovel deployables twice as fast

Recon kit:
-For US, RUS, and UK
-Has a suppressed carbine
-Also has binos

SL Kit Changes:
-Shovels for all SLs

Vehicle Changes:
-All vehicle changes are on hold until post-v13, but expect to see PureNexus's changes from the Squad Extended mod and many of the special variants from it as well

FOB Changes:
-INS FOB will come with a more limited selection of deployables both in type and number, and will have a smaller build radius
-In exchange all INS FOBs will start with 1000 ammo and deployables will be free (except HAB, repair station, and some others)
-US, UK, MIL, and RU will procure most armored vehicles by amassing the requisite amount of construction points and then building a vehicle garage on one of their FOBs
-Vehicle Garages can only be destroyed with explosive charges or shoveling

-upped LAT rocket count to 2x HEAT
-added normal HEAT to RUS HAT as secondary rockets in addition to frag rockets
-upped US and GB HATs to match actual Bofors AT-12T armor pen stats, increased number of rockets to 2x
-added flashbangs to conventional factions, most kits come with 1x flashbang, standard rifle kits and the breacher have more
-added new limited lives gamemodes, in which players have only a limited pool of individual respawns, once those respawns are exhausted they are forced into admin cam and cut off from in-game communications with living teammates
