-increased number of HABs per fob to 2 for all factions, increased it to 3 for INS
-increased number of MGs and MG bunkers to 4 each, increased ATGMs to 3, and for MIL increased their ZU-23s to 2
-added experimental Skorpo Insurgency layer with a day/night cycle
-added experimental Yehorivka insurgency layer with a day/night cycle
-reduced active caches on 8k insurgency to 1
-increased tickets gained per cap on HC_Albasrah_Invasion_v1 by US to 100 (was 50)
-fixed RU green logi on Attack/Defend having no ability to load ammo
