fix for previous build, which left out two files required by gembox to insure compatibility with the general goods merchant and gem recoverer

full compatibility with the updated version of Gem Box
updated Gem Box recipe to require 2x items + 1x gem (less risky when socketing)

Update for compatibility with CombineThemAll. Load this mod before CombineThemAll for full compatibility. If you load it second, gems will be allowed in both tabs.
