Changed Offset to 0, and turned off Flatten ground option by default.

Sorry but, this hangar will undergo some major renovations soon, and another will take its reduced recources place.
For now I Upgraded the Repair bay, added more Growing plots, update sentry guns, and smaller cosmetics. I also extended the rear platform area and added the texture icons so you can combine this base with the other hangars to make one facility.
