Finally removed the stock images for the equipment

They all look the same for now, but I'm planning to make them all look a bit more unique in the future

Sliced and diced a lot of numbers, reducing power and duration aswell as some other stuff. Hope this brings some balance to the mod.

Balance changes:
Overall power of some debuffs lowered
Hp reduced to justify the amount of dodge the Serpent gets
Base dmg reduced to make him rely more on the blight if damage is wanted
