- Removed the squad multiplier for Sanctuary citizens to possibly fix a crash when the town spawned.

Fix for a bug where you get double reputation on some dialogue events.

Shouldn't need import.

- Tweaked the outlaw dialogue when you meet them in the Fog Islands to reflect geography.

- Some minor tweaks.

All finished. Please report any bugs you find! Other than that you can set it (import) and forget it.
