Surfs Up-date!

New Characters:
- Walani:
• 120 Health 200 Hunger and 200 Sanity
• She can craft her Surfboard with 1 Board and 2 Seashells
• Surfboard lets her ride on big waves. Every time she surfs on a wave with it, Walani gains 1 Sanity. Surfboard doesn't require paddling, so player can hold tools (including light sources) while surfing.
• Walani can share her Surfboard with others but players that aren't Walani won't be able to ride on big waves and they won't be gaining sanity from surfing
• She dries off from Wetness 20% faster
• Her Sanity changes 10% slower from any sanity auras
• She doesn't have a sanity drain from Wetness itself, although she does have a sanity drain from Wet Items
• Seafood Gumbo is her favourite food
• Her Hunger drains 10% faster

New Features:
- Polly Rogers Hat can now be crafted with either Captain's Tricorn or Pirate Hat
- Lunar Grimoire can now be crafted with either Opal or Magic Seal

- Tigershark Buff config is now turned off by default, removed "Hard" option from it (config name was changed to force reset it for everyone)

- Joy of Volcanology is now HD and is correctly displayed when being read by Wickerbottom or Wurt
- Life Jacket and Pirate Hat are now HD

- Illumination Circuit and Lux Aeterna are crafted with Dead Rainbow Jellyfish instead of alive one.
