Fixed spawns facing wrong direction.
Improved out-of-bounds on hole 9.
Remove some rocks on the course on hole 9.
Increased slant angle of shortcut entrance route on hole 9.
Removed the swing gate on hole 10.
Made hole 14 easier by using a flat ramp and adding walls to the ending platform.
Increased the height of the beginning spike wall on hole 15.
Other minor out-of-bounds adjustments.
Other minor foliage changes.
Fixed spawning inside a giant rock on hole 18.

Massive objects have been fixed.
Missing floor piece has been replaced.
Hole 4 is now easier.
Moved an out-of-bounds marker to allow rebound.
Moved rock on Hole 18 to give camera room.
Changed music.

Finally fixed remaining issues with the map. Added bounds to allow jump to be enabled without problem.
