  • Building an Ecumenopolis now really wont remove the Foundation. Trantor intensifies.
  • Overwrites vanilla event ecumenopolis complete in megacorp_events.txt (also overwrites Guilli's Planet modifiers version of the event, but will still trigger Guilli's terraforming events)
  • Statecraft breakthrough gives new buffs, all to diplomacy. Opinion, trade attractiveness, and a 1 time removal of all countries that rival you when you finish the event (they probably will rerival you quickly, but you have a short window to try and get on their good side, if you want to)
  • Living Ship Sections added for Titans and Collosus. NSC will happen someday... it has a lot of sections...

  • The limit to 3 breakthroughs without spread (or 6 with perk) now actually remembers if you got a technology from spread or if you invented it yourself. So it now really is a limit only to breakthroughs that no neighbor already has.

  • The specialization policies are now valid while you are running them... because reasons. This should prevent you clicking one and then it immediately reverting to the lower level because you no longer fulfilled the requirements to run one.
