Changes:

-Upon reset ball: sets timer value to zero, reset ocean and ceiling touch level variable
-Only displays a finish time if the timer has been activated and is a valid time

Changes:

-removed old skysphere mesh and material
-added Psyonix's skysphere and beach sky material
-added Psyonix's sun material
-removed car shadow casting upwards
-resetting ball now stops and resets timer
-when giant beach ball is pushed into the water it will now respawn back on the main island

Notes:
I realized that the skysphere that I was originally using for this map was from a texture file that I downloaded from rocketleaguemods.com over a year ago. If a person did not download the "rocket league textures" file from that website and manually install them, their sky would be black. I didn't think it was acceptable to request people to do that so I used some of psyonix's assets to create a decent looking sky and sun. I played around with using different sky materials from various RL maps and ultimately settled on the Salty Shores sky.
