Fixed some nose clipping

also a lake was added


If I can get spooky and studios I will add rain and flood lights to the track.

In the meantime I'll fix all of the nose clipping and probably add some nature.

also im currently working on a version where the track is terrain and far more detailed.

Removed paint from standby car
