-All vehicle types now have alarm and GPS slots.

-Fixed a bug that made players unable to place movables.
-Added Monster Truck to the list of vehicles that can be spawned by admins.
-Added car alarm and GPS parts, only a few vehicle types are compatible for now.
-Players can now lock the gas cap if they have the key.
-First test for items being visible in a pickup truck's bed.
