Cut Player Clip above 2-high fizzler into smaller pieces, changed frames around orange gel button, removed Player Clip on railings, fixed some textures I somehow missed, added a soundscape (finally), minor other tweaks

Fixed 2 exploits. 1) The payer could use blue gel to jump onto the railing and get to the orange gel button, without using portals. 2) Using frames to jump around the 2-high fizzler. Spotted by Donald
