Version 2.0: 2021 patch

- AI will now build castles

- host will now see himself

- more detailed iron and stone deposits

- more pitch

- screenshots of the map added

- more trees

- bigger estates for all players

- some textures were fixed

- keeps were moved

- less lion dens and outpoust

- no more iron and stone deposits out of estates
