+Adjusted the Mini-Uzi's hip and aim spread values

+Adjusted the stats on the Mini-Uzi by doing the following:

  • Decreased the damage from 30 to 25
  • Increased the recoil
  • Increased the spread per shot
  • Increased the maximum amount of spread
  • Increased the reload speed

+Fixed the missing icon for the Mini-Uzi Urban Camo
+Fixed that the scopes were misaligned on the SCAR-L PDW and it's variants after equipping it.
