+Updated the reactivedrop_english file to the current version, fixing any broken weapon and item descriptions

+Re-added lines that I accidentally left out in 2.0 from 1.0

+Fixed Sarge calling him Vegas when telling him to hack a terminal

+Added a couple more lines that were never replaced

Added several things-
Changed Vegas' name to Flynn
Changed Vegas' bio to a Flynn bio from the UT2004 mod.
Finally changed Vegas' portrait to Flynn (Alien Swarm: Infested version)
